Positive: Access, quiet, pool and the unit itself.

Negative: My bad but should have booked the reservation directly with Kona Coast rather than the 3rd party. Would have saved a few hundred dollars.

Summary: Wonder place to stay and spend time relaxing on the island. Will definitely stay here again.
